Our economy is in a mess; gas prices in the United States of America (USA) are at a record high, with no relief insight at this present time. The poor and the so called middle class are struggling trying to survive on minimum or just a little above minimum wages. The great American dream is crumbling, as thousands of homes across the USA are being foreclosed.

Many people find it hard to believe they are facing, homelessness. In spite of all these tribulations that loom before us, we still have faith and hope that the United States of America, will emerge stronger, and more united then it has ever been.

Many years ago God put a burden on my heart for the poor and the needy. I became hard pressed three years ago, to do something about the burden that has always troubled my heart. The burden manifested itself into a viable woman’s ministry called The Titus Woman (TTW).

We gave birth to TTW at a women’s retreat in my home, on October 28, 2005. Ten upwardly mobile, progressive, committed women linked together to bring TTW to fruition. We are a 501 C 3 faith-based ministry on the move, committed to make a difference in women lives.

Our Mission is to build strong Christian character in women that creates a loving, safe and stable family oriented environment that supports and encourage the children to become productive members of society.

Our primary goal is to open and operate The Crossing Christian Center. The center will consist of a homeless shelter for women and their children, with the intent of equipping the women to enter (or re-enter) mainstream society, and become self-sustaining providers for themselves and their children. The center will also contain Grace & Mercy Resale shop which is our current fund raising business. Other plans for the center includes, providing structured retreats for women parolees, recovered drug addicts and any woman who may need support and encouragement, provide food and clothing for the needy and operate a Christian library.

We are in need of funds to obtain and operate The Crossing Christian Center and its service projects. Would you consider donating to this worthy cause? Our business plan, documents of our Incorporation and 501 (c) 3 will be provided upon request.

If you need prayer or know of someone we need to intercede for; come, join us in prayer or just stand in agreement with us. Intercessory prayer is very important. The prayer of faith will heal the sick and the Lord Jesus Christ will raise him up. Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much (James 5:16).
